Since obtaining my clinical license in 2012, I have completed advanced training in multiple approaches to marital therapy, including Level Three Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy. In 2021 I completed the EFT Externship and in 2022 I completed the four Core Skills training. Participation in these trainings, along with subsequent supervision and peer group meetings, has significantly enhanced the quality of my couple’s therapy practice. I use the EFT model for couples therapy and regularly seek to enhance my skills in this approach.
