Debi Scimeca-Diaz, LMFT
Debi is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, as well as an ICEEFT-approved EFT Therapist, Supervisor, and Trainer. Additionally, Debi is an AAMFT Approved Supervisor in the state of New Jersey with over 25 years of experience in the field, including over fifteen years as a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor. She runs a full-time private practice where she offers EFT couples therapy and Hold Me Tight workshops; provides individual and group supervision and consultation; and runs EFT trainings at both the Externship and Core Skills levels.

Yosef Gurevitch, LCSW
Yosef is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a certified EFT Therapist through ICEEFT. He has completed training programs in Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). He is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for the treatment of trauma. Yosef runs a full-time group practice, where he provides EFT couples and individual therapy; offers supervision and consultation to his own employees and other EFT therapists; and runs EFT Gym, a hub of practice and connection for EFT therapists around the globe.

Simi Lichtman, LCSW
Simi is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She is certified by Rutgers School of Social Work in Violence Against Women and Children. Simi has completed the Externship in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples, is trained in Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT) and is on track to become a certified EFT therapist. She is also certified to provide EFT-informed premarital counseling through Building a Lasting Connection. Simi co-runs a full-time group practice, where she provides EFT couples and individual therapy, and offers supervision to her own employees and other therapists.

Aron Hirschfeld, LCSW
Aron is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). He is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and a Credentialed Alcoholism & Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC). He has completed the Externship in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples and is trained in Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT) and is on track to become a certified EFT therapist. Aron is also trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
Operations Manager
Chana Scherman, MSW-C
Chana is a student in Daemen University’s School of Social Work, where she is pursuing her Master Degree. Her clinical work and training through her internship has provided her with extensive experience in Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy.
