Every struggle provides an opportunity to grow as a couple. Using an EFT approach, I help couples improve communication, reduce defensiveness, and deepen connection. The roadmap to reconnection reveals itself via the "dance" partners do. When you create that safe place to explore and express your deepest needs and longings for connection, you create an opportunity to identify and rework entrenched patterns of communication.

I work with individuals, couples, and families to overcome symptoms of depression and anxiety, improve relationship problems, deal with past trauma and other difficult experiences, shed unproductive expectations, resolve self-blame, shame, and guilt, and other harmful and limiting patterns of thinking and feeling.

About Amy

After studying history at the University of Pennsylvania and returning for an MBA at the Wharton School, I pursued a career in financial services marketing at Wells Fargo Bank and later, American Express. While launching and managing and Employee Satisfaction and Retention Program, I found helping people resolve problems to be highly rewarding; I believe this started me on my path to becoming a psychotherapist.
Outside of practicing therapy, I am a mom of three adult children and am active in my community, especially around issues concerning the health and wellness of seniors.
