I understand that life can be challenging, especially when trauma, attachment wounds, or relationship struggles leave people feeling disconnected from themselves or from the people they love. My trauma- and attachment-informed approach is grounded in the belief that everyone deserves a safe, supportive space to move through life’s most painful and complex moments.
I have a particular passion for working with individuals, couples, and families impacted by complex, chronic, and attachment trauma. I draw from EMDR, Internal Family Systems-informed parts work, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and play-based approaches to support healing in a way that honors each person’s unique needs, nervous system, and lived experience.
In my work with couples and families, I focus on helping clients better understand the patterns that keep them stuck, access the emotions and needs underneath conflict or disconnection, and create more secure, responsive relationships. Using an emotionally focused and attachment-based lens, I support clients in strengthening connection, improving communication, and building new ways of relating to one another.
