After attending her first EFT training, Chrissy became passionate about using this approach with her couples. She strives to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental atmosphere where individuals can explore the patterns of interaction that often result in feelings of loneliness, sadness, and disconnection. She brings authenticity, empathy, gentle humor, and optimism to her practice.

Chrissy is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is experienced in working with individuals, couples, and families on a variety of issues, including anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, grief/loss and life transitions. While her therapeutic approach is rooted in attachment theory, she integrates complementary methods to meet individual needs.
