Meg has enjoyed helping couples and families for over 30 years. Her approach is compassionate and practical. While clients appreciate her warmth and down-to-earth style, Meg has extensive training in cutting edge therapeutic modalities, such as EFT, Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy, and Attachment-Focused EMDR.
Meg has a passion for strengthening families and relationships because she believes we all long for meaningful and fulfilling connections. The latest science tells us that we are healthier, happier, and more satisfied when our relationships are strong. Since her first workshop with Sue Johnson almost two decades ago, Meg has been inspired by EFT. The approach fits with her belief in the healing power of secure attachments. Because of her passion, she partnered with EFTCNJ to bring an externship to the South Jersey area in 2016. She is committed to ongoing collaboration with EFTCNJ in bringing future EFT trainings to South Jersey clinicians and for the ultimate benefit of NJ couples.
Meg is committed to creating a safe space where you feel respect, compassion, and empathy. She has helped many couples repair their relationships, heal from affairs and find happiness again.
