We risk something new. We give ourselves permission to speak the unspoken, to explore, to discover and to be understood. As a relational consultant, you give me the possibility in therapy to search and present you an array of windows for you and your partner to look out from, experience, zoom in and zoom out of, and to witness your lives, as you make claim that this much is true and belongs to you. By electing therapy, you are active participants in consenting to the quality of life you chose to live. You are inviting me, as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, to provide you and your partner a safe place to navigate your stories. You are not alone in this process.

I have over 20 years experience working with adolescent, couples and families. I have had the pleasure of serving Greater Bergen Community Action, Family Intervention Services, Bayonne Mental Health Center, Hoboken University Medical Center, Hackensack Medical Center, Hackensack High School Based Youth Services Program, and The New Jersey Mental Health Association.
