As a leading mental health services provider in New Jersey since 1991, my success with many hundreds of clients has been driven by my profound belief that when situations are viewed through a lens of compassion and self-acceptance, pathways to true healing are possible. My clients often state after their first session that they feel understood and "gotten" in ways they've never experienced before. At the center of my practice, whether dealing with families or couples, is attention to each other's attachment narrative, as I have extensive training and experience in both Attachment-Focused Family Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples (EFT).
