I am a couples therapist based in Montclair, NJ, specializing in Emotionally Focused Therapy. I work with couples who feel disconnected, stuck in repeating patterns, or unsure how to find their way back to each other.

My approach is grounded in helping partners slow down, understand the emotional patterns that shape their interactions, and create a more secure and meaningful connection. I focus on helping couples move beyond surface communication struggles and access the deeper emotions and needs underneath.
